Curd
is the indigenous cultured milk product
prepared by fermentation of milk by
using known strain of Lactic acid
bacteria. It is extensively used as
an appetizer along with Indian meal.
It is also used as an ingredient for
much indigenous preparation and marinating
of meat product. At PUNJAB SIND we
have regular and low fat curd. In
low fat curd the fat content of the
milk is reduced. At PUNJAB SIND curd
is prepared under complete hygienic
conditions. We take special care in
maintaining the quality of the milk
for preparation of curd. No additives
are added to curd. We pack curd in
food grade PP cups and stored under
40C. It is intended for general public
and consumers may include at-risk
population, such as infirm, immunocompromised,
or elderly.
