Cream is the premium product obtained from checked standardized milk. At PUNJAB SIND the fresh cream is pasteurized before packaging in food grade packages. At PUNJAB SIND it is hygienically prepared under the supervision of trained personals. It is used in Ice-creams, cakes and several other Indian dishes.
