Lassi
is the indigenous fermented milk product
prepared by fermentation of milk by
use of known strain of Lactic Acid
bacteria. It is extensively used as
appetizer after meal. It is used as
a health drink and famous in the Indian
community. It is enjoyed when chilled
as hot weather refreshment. Lassi
is packed in Food grade PP cups. At
PUNJAB SIND we have several other
flavours such as MANGO LASSI, CHICKOO
LASSI & STRAWBERRY LASSI other
than the plain lassi. Sugar is added
to enhance the taste and has no effect
as an preservative.
