Rabdi is the indigenous milk product prepared by condensing milk by using partial evaporation to obtain a product with thick consistancy . Rabadi is extensively used as a sweet dish after meals. It is also used as a festive sweet in the India. Rabadi is packed in Food grade polythene cups. Sugar is added as additives to the rabadi to enhance taste and does not have any preservative effect. No artificial flavouring additives are added. At PUNJAB SIND it is hygienically made under the supervision of trained personals. Sugar is added as additive to the Basundi to enhance taste and does not have any preservative effect. It is served as a hot dessert in Indian community.
