Shipping and Delivery Policy
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Please note the delivery policy stated herein. Punjab Sind foods is currently delivering orders of the products listed on the Platform (“Products”) and providing various offers mentioned on the Platform (“Offers”) only at select locations in the cities of Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa and Pune (“Operating Locations”). We will not be able to service orders at any place other than the Operating Locations. Any modification in the Operating Locations of Punjab Sind foods shall be mentioned on the Platform. We believe in customer first and will always make a best effort for the delivery to be made within the requested / prescribed time frame. Punjab Sind Foods will make deliveries within the said radius of its stores. You are advised to contact Customer Care at 022 67755555 to ascertain if delivery is possible to the address requested.
Set a schedule for repeated Delivery
If you want a regular supply of milk then we can make it happen for you, just subscribe to the daily delivery option and it will be delivered before 7 am each morning. Also create your daily delivery plan according to your consumption, and if you wish for extra milk anytime, you can just select the date and modify the delivery. You can place your orders throughout the day and have it delivered at your chosen time slots with no delivery charges. In a rare case and due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery may get delayed. In, such case intimations will be sent to you about delays in delivery timelines. Alternatively, you may visit the Platform and reach out to the Customer Care team for getting the updates on delivery timelines. The person at the Delivery Point authorized to deliver the product to you may decline to deliver the product if he finds any inconsistency as regards address, Product or any other detail of the order. Punjab Sind foods will make the best efforts to deliver good product. In a rare case of receiving a product in damaged packaging, request not to accept the same and email to firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest.
We have a hassle -free return and replacement policy for our customers. If due to some reason, you are
not satisfied with the delivered product, you can ask for replacement or we can take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your Punjab Sind Foods account. This can be used to pay for your future orders.
Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com for any such requests.
